Commander's Intent: We have been in this weak defensive posture too long. The enemy continues to assault and infringe on our territory. We will not stand for this. This battle will be difficult. There will not be easy victories. We will claw and scratch for every gain, and there may be some setbacks along the way. The enemy is determined and relentless, but we are angry and highly motivated. This fight is for the salvation of our homeland - losing is not an option!
Today is day 2 of OPERATION TAKE CHARGE. Did my 15 minutes of abs last night and boy am I sore but I'll be at it again tonight. Working on a body transformation so stay tuned.
ReplyDeleteyou want abs? lose the gut and - surprise - there they are; belly fat takes a lot of work to lose, minimum of one year under a standard exercise regime, although if you're willing to put in four hours straight per day, you could do it in half that time
